This document governs the access and usage conditions for the proprietary application located at https://crm.easyvehiclestorage.com.au (hereinafter, "the CRM System" or "the Service").

By logging into, or using, the CRM System, the user agrees to the entirety of these terms, acknowledging that access is granted under a limited, prior agreement.
2. Nature of Access and Licensing
The CRM System is not a public website. It is a restricted, licensed Software as a Service (SaaS) platform provided exclusively for internal business use related to vehicle storage management.
Grant of Access: Access is limited to authorized employees, contractors, or agents ("Authorized Users") of the primary licensee (the client company). This access grants a revocable, non-transferable license to use the software’s functions; it does not transfer any ownership rights in the software itself.
3. Intellectual Property and Code Protection
The Service Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the CRM System, including all software code, design, underlying technology, databases, and structural elements.
Unauthorized actions are strictly prohibited, including:
Sharing login credentials with unauthorized third parties.
Copying, modifying, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the CRM System.
Using the Service’s interface or output for purposes outside the scope of the main service agreement.
4. User Data Responsibility
The CRM System is designed to process and store sensitive operational data (client details, vehicle information, financial records).
User Responsibility: The Authorized User and the primary client entity are solely responsible for the legality, integrity, and accuracy of all data uploaded to or processed through the CRM System ("User Data").
Data Privacy: All User Data handled within the system is subject to the separate Privacy Policy and the underlying Service Agreement.
5. Disclaimer of Liability and Service Integrity
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Service Provider makes no representation or warranty regarding the continuous availability of the CRM System.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs (including loss of data or loss of profit) arising from:
Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance and system downtime.
Errors in data input by the Authorized User.
Failures caused by third-party services (e.g., internet providers, hosting services).
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Access shall be governed by the laws of [STATE OR COUNTRY, e.g., Australia/Victoria], and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in ALL [CITY/REGION].
