1. Operator Rights and Identity
This document sets forth the mandatory conditions for accessing and utilizing the Easy Vehicle Storage CRM System. The System Operator reserves the right to amend, update, or alter any information, policies, or technical specifications published on the system without requiring direct individual pre-notification to the Authorized Users. Such changes are considered legally binding and notified to all Users the moment they are posted within this system area.

2. Mandatory Usage Policy and User Accountability
These Terms of Use dictate the operational conduct required from every Authorized User interacting with the CRM. By logging into the system, the User explicitly accepts these terms and grants their consent to abide by them.
The total accountability for the compliant and secure use of this proprietary portal rests entirely with the User. It is the User’s professional duty to review and acknowledge any updates to these Terms periodically.
3. Conditions of Restricted Access
The information and functionalities within this CRM are not for public consumption; access is strictly restricted to authorized personnel of Easy Vehicle Storage who are legally capable of performing job duties.
Unauthorized Users: If an individual attempts access without explicit authorization, or if an Authorized User permits an unauthorized minor (under [Invented age, e.g., 18]) to use the system, the primary client entity and the supervising user will be held fully accountable for all subsequent actions and violations of these Terms.
4. Software Property Rights and Content Usage
The entire application content—which includes the underlying code, data models, business logic, design elements, and all system documentation—is proprietary and protected by international Intellectual Property laws.
The User is granted a revocable, non-transferable license to view and utilize the software exclusively for internal operational purposes. No license is conferred to:
Download, replicate, modify, or transmit the software’s core logic.
Copy or redistribute client data or business intelligence gathered from the system without prior executive authorization.
5. Prohibited Actions within the System
Strict adherence to legal and ethical standards is required. The following activities within the crm.easyvehiclestorage.com.au environment are prohibited:
Unauthorized data scraping or mass collection of user/client information.
Introducing viruses, ransomware, or any harmful code intended to compromise the integrity of the system.
Attempting unauthorized access to administrative controls or bypassing security protocols.
6. Third-Party Integrations and External Links
The CRM may integrate with or contain links to third-party financial or operational service websites (e.g., payment processors). The privacy policies and terms of those external sites are entirely separate from our own. The System Operator holds no control or responsibility over the content, security, or privacy practices of those third-party links.
7. Security and Data Protection Standards
The System Operator is committed to adhering to all relevant data security regulations. We employ best-practice industry standards, including modern firewalls and secure data transport protocols (such as TLS/SSL encryption), to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the client data managed within the CRM.
8. Policy Amendments
Storage Solutions Tech Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time deemed necessary for operational or legal compliance. Such revisions are instantly binding upon publication. It remains the responsibility of the Authorized User to regularly check the system’s legal section for the most current version.
